Second record month in a row; Mitsubishi reports top November sales
Mississauga, ON – December 1, 2010 - Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada Inc. (MMSCAN) set a new best month sales record for the second month in a row with strong sales of 1,742 units up, 48.4% from the same month in 2009.
Once again, the increasingly popular Outlander model led the way with sales of 872 units, up by 43.5% from November 2009. The month’s total model sales constituted the best-ever November for the Outlander, just short of the company’s best-ever monthly model sales of 915 in March, 2010.
Sales of the brand new RVR achieved 267 units, exceeding initial projections as well as generating increased showroom traffic.
MMSCAN vehicle sales were up across Canada with aggressive sales programs and product pricing creating significant brand awareness.
