MITSUBISHI MOTORS LAUNCHES 5 YEAR WARRANTY OPTION FOR IRISH MOTORISTS

5th December 2011-While it already offers a comprehensive 3-year / 100,000km product warranty as standard, Mitsubishi Motors Ireland has announced that it will now offer customers the option of an additional two-year warranty for as little as €245.

The 5-year warranty option will be available across its entire passenger car, four-wheel drive and commercial vehicle range.

Kim Kilduff, Mitsubishi Motors Ireland Aftersales Manager commented: "The Mitsubishi range has always enjoyed a strong reputation for reliability and value for money which is supported by our existing comprehensive 3-year / 100,000km warranty package. The offer of an additional 2-years warranty will strengthen this reputation and provide customers with additional peace of mind.”

Mitsubishi Motors also provides a 12-year anti-perforation warranty as well as 3-years home and roadside assistance as standard on all models.

Mitsubishi Motors Ireland has announced that it will sponsor Irish athletics star and Olympic hopeful, Derval O’Rourke.

As part of the sponsorship, Derval took delivery of a new Mitsubishi ASX Crossover. On becoming the latest Mitsubishi Brand Ambassador, Derval commented: "The Mitsubishi ASX is perfect for me. Mitsubishi Motors has again come out on top for performance, versatility and value by being chosen ahead of its rivals for a contract for four L200 Double Cabs with South Tipperary Fire & Rescue Service.

With their strong off-road driving credentials and carrying capacity, the L200’s will allow South Tipperary Fire Services to move rescuers and their equipment quickly and easily to scene of any incident. The four vehicles, which were delivered by Colville Hunt, Main Mitsubishi Dealer in Clonmel, will go straight into frontline service.
