Fiat Group Automobiles and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation announce that they have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concerning the possibility to develop and manufacture a mid-size pick-up truck, supplied by Mitsubishi and based on the next generation of L200.

To date I haven't heard any news about this new concept of vehicle made by Fiat and Mitsubishi. Hope it will materialized soon.
